Alyson Fadil

Alyson Fadil is an Executive Director and Non-Executive Director within the publicly listed retail and financial services sector. As a Chief People Officer, Alyson is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Alyson is a former member of the Governing Body and now serves as an Associate Member, supporting the Finance and Resources Committee when required.

Alyson is a visiting Fellow of Bolton Business School where she has a keen interest in ensuring that academic qualifications are fit for the world of business. She is also a qualified coach and mentor for the MBA programme at Manchester University.
