I can't download onto a PC?

This is a mobile application only, please use your mobile handset..

I have a new mobile phone, what do i do?

Firstly always inform the school of your new number so we can update our records, secondly go to culchethhigh.org.uk/my-ed-app on your mobile device and redownload.  Once your download is complete it will take up to 24 hours for you to receive our child’s information (Priority one only)

I can't see "My students" details

Any person can download the My Ed app, but only parents who are named as ‘priority 1’ on our system* will have access to the ‘My Student’s’ details.

Please allow 24 hours for full access to My Students data. You may need to restart the application to see the data.

* When your child started at Culcheth High School, you completed a Data Collection form and told us that this parent should be the first person to be contacted in an emergency.  This parent is also the contact who currently receives Keep Kids Safe/RS ConnectEd texts/emails from school.

If I send a message through the App, where does it go?

Just the same as sending a message through the website it will go through the same personnel within school
