Can I download the app onto a PC?

You can login to the web browser version on a PC using this link - https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk

I have a new mobile phone, what do I do?

Simply download the IRIS ParentMail app onto your new mobile device and sign in with your existing details.

I can't see my child's details.

Any person can download the IRIS ParentMail app, but only parents who are named as "Priority 1" on our system will have access to their child's details. The app uses your email instead of phone number for registration, if you change your email address please inform the school office.

If I send a message through the app, where does it go?

You can no longer send messages within the app, you can only reply to messages sent from the school where the reply feature has been enabled. If you need to message the school please email info@culchethhigh.org.uk
