EXAM INFORMATION

Exam Results

Year 11 GCSE exams results can be collected from school on Thursday 22nd August 2024 between 8.45 to 10.15am in the School Hall.

If a student is unable to collect their results and wishes someone to collect on their behalf (e.g. a parent or a nominated representative) they must provide the following:

  • Proof of the student’s identity i.e. a passport, driving licence or birth certificate
  • A signed letter of authorisation from the student
  • Proof of their own identity

Results CANNOT under any circumstances be given out over the telephone. If for any reason a student cannot collect their results personally or send in a nominated representative, we are able to post out results upon receipt of an A5 stamped self-addressed envelope (please ensure the correct postage is affixed). This must be left at the main reception and given to a member of the administration team before Thursday 18th July 2024. Results can only be posted out from school on Thursday 22nd August 2024.

POST-RESULTS SERVICES 2024

If your child has any queries after they have received their results please see the sheet below which details the various post-results services available. If you or your child would like to speak to anyone on results day regarding their exams results, senior leaders will be available in the School Hall until 10.15am.

Ideally if your child would like a review of marking this should first be discussed with the relevant head of department or subject teacher who will advise accordingly, however if you would like a priority service (Edexcel subjects only) the Exams Office will be open from 9am to 1pm on Friday 23rd August.

After this date the school will re-open on Wednesday 4th September and you will be able to contact Heads of Department or subject teachers regarding results and post-results services. Due to data protection, staff will only be able to discuss results with parents if student consent has been given on results day.
