Culcheth High School hopes you are enjoying its new online payment facility.

Just a couple of points to assist you:

  • Some visits require you to provide us with: consent; an emergency contact number; any medical details; additional information (for example, the Year 11 hoodies required you to put the colour, size and nickname, if required). Please ensure you type this information into the box provided. This information is important and the visit leader takes it with them; or, in the case of the hoodies uses the information to order. There is no need for you to type your child’s name or the name of the visit.
  • Once you have finished paying, you do not then have to send the reply slip in to indicate you have paid by ParentPay. A daily report is run and this information is available to us. Once you have clicked, your job is done.
  • The reply slips that are attached to the letter have a sentence about Pupil Premium; this is NOT ParentPay. Please do not tick the  Pupil Premium box unless you are entitled to it.
